From a young age, Noah always had an analytical mind. Analyzing all aspects of the world as he knew it. Noah constantly challenges himself both mentally and physically, he is always seeking to explore new limits. As a warrant officer, Noah has contributed as a strategic advisor while deployed domestically with the Canadian Armed Forces.
Noah, as an Assistant Superintendent overseeing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) trades at PCL Construction, is responsible for coordinating subcontractors to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality installations. He manages scheduling, material procurement, and field supervision, ensuring compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Noah conducts regular inspections, resolves on-site issues, and facilitates coordination between trades, structural, and architectural teams. He also oversees testing, commissioning, and closeout processes, ensuring seamless system handover. His role is critical in delivering fully functional M&E systems that align with project timelines and client expectations. Noah is also the Squadron Sergeant Major (Senior Manager) at 34 Combat Engineer Regiment. As part of his role, he conducts regular evaluations and assessments of training effectiveness. Outside of work Noah spends his free time analyzing the financial markets and participating in various sports.
Noah graduated in Business Management and Human Relations from Concordia University, has a DEC in Carpentry from Construc Plus and completed the Master in Trading Program from the Institute of Trading and Finance. He has also completed the intermediate and advanced leadership course from the Royal Military College.
